Through structured, full-body training and focused mental exercises, our program helps children build confidence, discipline, and resilience. Students develop strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, and spatial awareness, while also learning one of the most important values of all: respect.
Our Kids Program is led by a husband-and-wife team of black belts who are also experienced professional educators in local school districts. With extensive backgrounds in teaching young children, they both bring technical expertise and a deep understanding of how kids learn best. They are also highly experienced in working with children with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive, supportive environment where every child can thrive.

Gi Jiu-Jitsu emphasizes technique, grip control, and strategy. The Gi slows the pace, allowing students to refine precision, leverage, and problem-solving skills while building patience and technical mastery.
No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu focuses on fast-paced scrambles, wrestling exchanges, and dynamic submissions. Training without the Gi develops speed, control, and adaptability—making it ideal for wrestlers and those pursuing competition or MMA.
