Professor Kay has spent 15 years extensively studying Jiu-Jitsu, her new passion is sharing jiu-jitsu with other women. The martial art has allowed her the ability to train alongside her children and husband; while gaining the ability to defend herself from any attacker, turning her body into a weapon.

Class is taught weekly on Wednesday, the mat space is reserved for women of all ages.

Remove the Gi and you have entered the world of No-Gi. Instruction is taught weekly on Tuesday and Thursday by Instructor Peng.
