Kids Jiu-Jitsu

Jiu-Jitsu for kids is a self-defense system that stimulates growth & maturity that will last a lifetime.

BJJ instills confidence & discipline through vigorously structured mind & body workouts. Kids who study our martial art develop strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, spatial awareness, & respect.

Kid’s No-Gi

Our No-Gi program introduces how jiu-jitsu drastically changes when you do not have the Gi to assist you. By incorporating No-Gi training the student will become familiar with wrestling techniques, a new approach to body control, and a faster pace of cardio as compared to Gi Jiu-Jitsu.

Students must meet the following qualifications to enroll

  • Student must be at least 7 years old

  • Student must have rank of at least a Grey belt

Adult Jiu-Jitsu

Jiu-Jitsu will develop a strong mind & body, all while providing you with strength, endurance, flexibility, & cardio that otherwise couldn’t be found in a traditional gym.

Our classes our structured in order to challenge the student and provide them a space to challenge themselves using Jiu-Jitsu.

Adult No-Gi

Remove the Gi and explore No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu; trademarked by high pace scrambles, wrestling, and exciting submissions.

For students who have experience in wrestling, No-Gi is a great route to incorporate and improve your skills. No-Gi is an excellent way to prepare for wrestling competitions and aspiring MMA athletes.

Private Lessons

Not everyone has the same learning style. For some, one on one lessons are the best method for personal growth.

This in depth instruction will sharpen your tools for competition, self-defense, or overall growth. We are ready to provide you with our utmost attention with private lessons.
